Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Health and Safety If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive visibly unwell, we reserve the right to refuse service and reschedule your booking to protect the health of our staff and clients. Appointment Preparation Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. If you are wearing makeup, please arrive 15 minutes early to cleanse. Avoid using skincare products, oil-based cleansers, or mascara beforehand. For lash appointments, please remove contact lenses prior to application and bring glasses instead. Punctuality Please arrive on time. If you are running late, inform us as soon as possible. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with a late fee applied. Arrivals 16 minutes or more late are considered a no-show, and the booking will be cancelled. Cancellations and Rescheduling A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $20 fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full service amount before any future bookings are accepted. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, guests, children, and pets are not permitted in the treatment area without prior approval. Salon Etiquette Please remove your shoes before entering the treatment room and keep your phone on silent. We recommend using the bathroom before your session begins to ensure an uninterrupted service. Aftercare Please follow all provided aftercare instructions carefully. If you experience any issues with your lash extensions within 48 hours, contact us immediately. Adjustments requested after this period may require a new appointment at an additional cost.
