Salon Policies & Terms
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Health & Safety
• If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold or flu symptoms (including a lingering cough), please reschedule or cancel your appointment to ensure the health and safety of all clients.
• If you arrive visibly unwell, we reserve the right to refuse service and reschedule your appointment.
Guest Policy
• To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, guests, including children and pets, are not permitted in the treatment area.
• If you have an exceptional circumstance and need to bring a guest, please discuss it before your appointment for approval.
Appointment Preparation
• Use the bathroom before your appointment to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted session.
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows. Avoid using skincare products, oil-based cleansers, or mascara before your appointment.
• Do not wear contact lenses during your appointment, as they may cause irritation. Please bring glasses if needed.
Lash & Brow Room Etiquette
• Remove your shoes before entering the treatment area.
• Keep your phone on silent to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
• Please arrive ready to relax—talking is welcome but limited movement is advised to ensure precision in application.
Aftercare & Follow-Up
• To maintain the longevity of your lash and brow treatments, follow all aftercare instructions provided.
• If you experience any issues with your lash extensions within 48 hours, please contact us immediately for assistance. After this period, adjustments may require a new appointment at an additional cost.
Punctuality
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you anticipate being late, inform us as soon as possible. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, with a late fee applied.
• Arrivals 16 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be forfeited.
Booking Fees, Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your original appointment will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to full service charges before future bookings can be made.

Cozybar Salon policy
Arrival:
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be canceled without a refund of your deposit.
Makeup Policy :
Please come to your appointment with no makeup on. If you have makeup, we request that you arrive 15 minutes early for cleansing to ensure a smooth service.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Rescheduling or cancellations only permitted 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, deposits are nonrefundable if you cancel later than 24 hours.
